1. Send us an email with your wishes and your shipping address
==> without your shipping address, we canīt calculate any shipping costs !!!

2. We will come back to you with the total price
==> our minimum order value is 20.00 Euros (approx.$24.00) excl. shipping ! If your order is lower than this, we will have to add 8.50 Euros (approx. $10.20) extra charge for small quantities.
No exeptions, please donīt ask !

3. You will transfer the money to us
==> We accept PayPal, IBAN wire transfer, money orders drawn in Euros, cash, eBanking and Western Union. We will not charge any credit cards !

4. As soon as we received the funds, we will ship the parts to you
==> We use DHL standard air-mail, fully insured and traceable as our standard method for shipping.

Our prices are as low as possible and shipping charges are only what we really have to pay to ship it to you. We take orders from any country, you can write in English, Spanish or German. We accept money transfer to our IBAN bank account (aka "IBAN wire transfer"), PayPal (from all guys and gals living outside the EU only !!!), money orders drawn in Euros, money in cash send to our postal address, eBanking and Western Union. We point out that you are responsable for all custom related things and that depending on the country you are living custom may charge you additional fees for packages from overseas - this fees are NOT included in our prices !!! - because of tons of orders and limited time we canīt offer any phone support - please send us your requests, comments, questions etc. via email, we will answer as soon as possible !

- we donīt take any orders for custom drawings, simply because we do not have the time for this service - please go to www.guitarelectronics.com, they offer such a service for a fair price ! This is a third-party company we are NOT affiliated with in any way !!!

- we only accept PayPal for orders from outside the EU - no exceptions, please donīt ask ! We ONLY ship to the address that is connected to your PayPal account and stated in the PayPal invoice. If you want to have it shipped to a different address, you first have to connect this address with your PayPal account.
